Kersten Howard has been a full time professional landscape photographer since 2004, when he gave up his career as a retail manager and moved home to Pembrokeshire to pursue his love for photography.
Since then Kersten has spent his time capturing the raw beauty of his home county in all seasons and in all weathers. He has also travelled throughout Wales, England, Scotland, Iceland, India and Sri Lanka in search of new photographic opportunities.
In September 2015 Kersten had his first book published, by Welsh publishers Graffeg, who have also published Kersten's 2015 & 2016 calendars of Wales. The book is called ‘Under Celtic Skies’ and comprises 50 colour panoramic images from around Pembrokeshire. None other than Aspect2i’s very own Paul Gallagher provided the foreword for Kersten's book.
Kersten is an Associate of the Societies of International Nature and Wildlife Photographers.
'Kersten's work reflects the deep connection he has for this landscape in its details and many moods and vitality' extract from Paul Gallagher's foreword of Under Celtic Skies.
